Job Opportunity: Foy’s to Blacktail Trails

Foy’s to Blacktail Trails is hiring a part-time (10-15/a week) Administrative Coordinator to work with the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. The Administrative Coordinator will handle correspondence, manage the donor database, help organize events, help with press releases and outreach materials, assist with the implementation of Strategic and other plans, attend Board and related meetings, and complete other projects as assigned. The Administrative Coordinator will have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or related experience, exceptional communication skills, an awareness of and sensitivity to natural resources, recreation and land management, proficient computer skills, be detail oriented and able to follow up for successful completion of tasks. The rate of pay will be $10-$15/hour DOE. Applications will be accepted until position is filled.
