Did you know that we have over 500 homeless people living in Flathead Valley, and 60% are families with children?
Project Homeless Connect is a one-day, one-stop service event aimed at connecting the homeless with resources to alleviate their situation. We have over 40 different service providers committed to help, but we need more than 200 volunteers to act as tour guides, provide childcare, welcome the homeless to the event, wash hair for haircuts, and help clean up. That means we need you! We are also trying to raise $5,000 to pay for photo IDs, birth certificates, gas cards, clothes, and GED tests for homeless that will attend the event.
