Do you continue to experience any of the common workday problems on the list below? If the answer is “yes” you’ll want to attend the November Brown Bag session to learn survival strategies for better use of both your time and technology.
· Overflowing, unorganized inbox?
· Missed appointments/being late?
· Ineffective prioritizing and lack of follow through?
· Poor email communication skills?
· Trying to do it all yourself?
Most people under utilize tools available to them and miss the basic features of these tools. Our 2 presenters will collaborate to bring you methods that will help you feel more organized and in control of your time, and also techniques to fully utilize your Outlook (or similar program). Some of the fixes will include creating inbox subfolders and dragging items to them, setting calendar appointments, recurring appointments and reminders, bar color coding of tasks to organize by project, flag emails for follow up, use spell and grammar check, signatures and attachments.
The objective is that you’ll leave with at least one tool you can begin using immediately that will bring ease to your workday.
