The Center for Restorative Youth Justice’s Programs work one-on-one with youth and victims of juvenile crime to ‘reweave the fabric’ of relationships (community, family, peers) in ways that promote true accountability, inspire connection, and increase community safety. CRYJ believes in justice and crime prevention which focuses on the people and communities harmed by crime as opposed to focusing on what laws were broken or what punishments have been imposed. Conversations with victims and community members allow youth to focus on what steps are needed to repair that harm.
The Office Manager plays an integral role in facilitating CRYJ’s mission by being an anchor point for all the programs, staff, volunteers, and the community. This person must be a warm, positive and energetic presence to both the public and the internal workings of the organization. An attitude of service and a willingness to help are crucial for the Office Manager to meet the needs of the organization. We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, positive, and energetic individual to execute administrative, financial and staff support. Close Date: Open until filled but first interviews will begin on 7/20/12. For a complete job description and application information please visit their website.
